Marroush Shawarma int

Marroush used to be my favourite restaurant. I went there the other night and the prices had gone up significantly. I then placed an order for a Bazooka which I wanted to share with my friend. The guy behind the counter actually told me that I shouldn't get that but a medium instead or, better yet, a platter because they were the same price. I got tired of arguing and should have walked out but, instead, ordered two platters.

While the guy was making my meal, I noticed that there were fruit flies walking around in the salad. Kind of disgusting.

The meal ended up costing me twice what it would have if I would have been given what I originally requested.

I won't be going back there any time soon. ( I'm very disappointed.

Friendly service matched with generous portions and decent prices. Worth crossing the River to get to.

Probably the best Shawarma in Ottawa and Gatineau area! I live in Orleans and I don't mind to drive a half an hour to get the best shawarma once in a while. Adrian and Cosmina
