A1. 14 oz Flaming Peppercorn Steak - New York Sirloin Smothered with whole peppercorns flamed with Brandy at your table , then topped with mushrooms in red wine sauce. Served with potato,bread and saladbar.

A2. 16oz T-Bone Steak - AAA Alberta beef cooked to order served with choice of potato, bread and saladbar.

A3. 8oz Filet Mignon - Freshly cut tenderloin seasoned with steak spices and cooked to order, served with choice of potato,bread and saladbar.

A4. 14oz New York Cut Sirloin - Nothing taster than Striploin, served with choice of potato, bread and saladbar.

A5. Chinese Steak - Tenderloin Beef stir fried with fresh garden veggies and teriyaki sauce served on rice. Includes Saladbar and bread and butter.

A6. 18 oz Bone-in Rib Steak - Always tender and juicy. Marbled and aged to perfection.

A7. 8 oz Lobster Tails - Two moist 4oz lobster tails served on rice with homemade garlic butter. Includes saladbar and bread.

A8. Breaded Shrimps - Golden brown and crispy, served on rice with seafood sauce, on rice.

A9. Atlantic Salmon Filet - Cooked over a charcoal flame. Topped with Dill and Holandiase Sauce Incledes Saladbar. Served with choice of potato and steamed vegetables.
